If you bring your PC to me: $30 per project, first 2 projects included.

If you drop off PC but need me to return it, or vise versa: $40 per project,
first 2 projects included.

If I pick up your PC: $50 per project, first 2 projects included.

If I need to complete the project on site (at your home/office):
$50 per visit plus $10 per hour, charged by half hour segments.
{Best case; 30 min. on site = $55}

Please note:

A) These prices do not include the cost of any hardware or software needed to complete the project.

B) All work (labor) is guaranteed for 60 days or you get free repairs, for same issue only. {if I fix an internet issue on my visit, I will not fix a video issue for free}

C) As a separate side note about the guarantee, if the issue is a virus or other "Malware" infections I can not offer the guarantee unless you follow my advice on installing security. (Comcast customers have FREE access to a $160 Norton Package, that includes Backup! I will help you get this installed on your system.)

D) "Projects" are based on your need or issue, Slow PC speeds is one example, there could be several actions needed to complete that project. {Issue: Slow Starting PC, Dependable Backup needed, Projects: 2.}

E) If I notice an issue that needs your attention, but fixing it will incur new fees/cost I will contact you BEFORE fixing it.
